At J.Palace, every piece is lovingly handmade and truly one of a kind. Because of the unique and personal nature of our garments, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues.

However, if your item arrives with a defect that was clearly caused during our making process, we’re happy to offer a return and full refund, provided:

• You contact us within 3 days of receiving the item

• You include clear photos of the defect

• We verify that the issue is a result of our craftsmanship
